No serious talk, just some random musings about my outfit and this shoot.. 💁🏻 

Random Fact 1 – Head to toe outfit is from Target! 

I don’t have clothes! I never have enough! Don’t try reasoning with me by being all logical and sane, saying things like “your wardrobe is spilling over, you keep buying new hangers to organize them, there is no space bla bla“. A girl can never have enough clothes or shoes. PERIOD.

So the day before the shoot I realized that I have nothing to wear! Imagine my shock 😱 As any mature person in my situation would react/act, I went straight to the closest place that sells cute clothes (aka Target) and spent my hard earned money on things I oh-so-absolutely needed. Hence, the reason behind random fact no. 1.

Random fact 2 – I was barely able to keep my eyes open!

What’s common among all the pics? Look at my eyes.. I was struggling to keep them open. The sun decided to shine the brightest at exactly the same time I started my shoot. #Lifeistough but inspired by Katy Perry I kept singing ‘I got eye of a tiger, a fighter’ and kept posing.

Random fact 3 – This skirt is slightly big on me!

This is what happens when you procrastinate till the end to plan outfits for the shoot. Anywhoo, I loved this skirt and stayed true to my life logic of buying first, thinking/regretting later..

Random Fact 4 –  These heels hurt!

I know beauty is pain but this much pain!? No thank you.😑 Or maybe I still haven’t mastered the art of walking in high heels .. In any case, it breaks my heart but I wouldn’t recommend these heels!

Random fact 5 – The weather gods are against me!! 

Whenever I shoot, the sun is too bright, the wind is blowing too strong, my hair is flying all over, my eyes are all squinting! This conspiracy of weather gods is way beyond my understanding!! Let me show a montage of my reactions throughout the photoshoot.

As you can see, it was a physically (my eyes are refusing to open now and don’t even ask about my feet) and emotionally draining shoot. So what did we learn?

    Love the lace details and colors. I am totally with you on the heels.
    I would love to wear those sky-high pencil heels, but cannot survive long enough 😀

Can not handle! #1, Target can do no wrong. #2, I share your pain walking in heels, I avoid them at all costs! #3, love your realness when it comes to less than ideal shooting conditions!
